Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the WithU app operated by WithU Inc.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using WithU, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of service

WithU is a prayer community app that enables users to create prayer circles, share prayer requests, participate in guided prayer sessions, and support session organizers through donations.

User accounts

You must create an account to use WithU. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree to use WithU respectfully and in accordance with its purpose as a prayer and spiritual community. You may not use the app to harass, bully, or harm others. Content that is hateful, violent, or inappropriate will be removed.

Prayer circles & content

You retain ownership of the prayer requests and content you share. By posting content in a circle, you grant other circle members the ability to view it. You can delete your content at any time.

Donations & payments

Donations made to session organizers are voluntary. WithU facilitates the transfer of funds but is not responsible for how organizers use donations. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A processing fee may apply.

Future paid features

This version of WithU is focused on prayer circles, Scripture, notes, and live prayer experiences. If paid features are introduced in a later release, we will clearly disclose pricing and billing terms inside the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@praywithyou.app.

Limitation of liability

WithU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WithU after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
